Starting a business is a little like buying a new computer – you need to do the research before you make decision. Doing market research can mean the difference between success and failure. How can you leverage the Internet to understand your market? What resources are available? What customer are you pursuing? How do you reach your target customer? In this session you will learn techniques and methods to test your customer assumptions by selling your product and/or service to your target customers immediately as a way to PROVE that there is a customer willing to pay for the product and/or service you are offering.

Continuously asking questions about how you can improve and refine your business model is a critical exercise. The ability to clearly define and understand your business model is a key to successfully building and growing a sustainable business. How can you improve your business model?
